New to CrossFit?
Our Foundations program is the perfect way to get started and serves as a prerequisite for joining our group CrossFit classes. The Foundations classes are generally held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The 3 Foundations classes are meant to give you exposure to the core movements of CrossFit. The goal is to give newcomers exposure to these movements and also to get individuals to perform these movements safely and as technically sound as possible. Foundations also gives your coach an opportunity to see what limitations certain individuals may have and work to find proper scaling methods so that they are still able to complete the intended tasks and workout stimulus. This makes it much easier and less overwhelming for anyone starting CrossFit to be integrated into classes without feeling lost or overwhelmed. We want to assure anyone that is new to CrossFit that, whether it is a Foundations class or a group CrossFit class, they will always be closely observed by experienced coaches who are there to help make people feel comfortable, make corrections, and give everyone a great workout. It is our goal as coaches to provide a fun and supportive environment for people to reach their goals and see results!
The cost for Foundations is included in your new membership, or $50 on it's own.
